The Credit Balance Specialist will manage credit balance workloads and respond and follow-up on external and internal inquires in a timely manner. 

Upon completion of training in the office Monday thru Friday, this position offers an attractive hybrid schedule working two days in the San Marcos, CA office and three days from home.
