About the Role
We’re hiring a creative strategist for paid Social & display ads to concept, design, and iterate high-converting ad creatives for paid acquisition campaigns across mortgage, solar, insurance, and home services.
You’ll work closely with a senior media buyer to develop and produce winning ads end-to-end — from idea to execution — that drive qualified leads at scale.
This is not a brand/design-only role. You must understand performance marketing, direct response psychology, and how to design creatives that convert — not just look good.
What You’ll Do
+ Concept and create high-converting ad creatives (static, video, UGC-style, advertorial angles, hooks)
+ Design ad creatives yourself (images, variations, layouts, thumbnails, etc.)
+ Write or contribute to direct response copy (hooks, headlines, scripts)
+ Generate and test new creative angles, hooks, and offers
