• You are a long‑form content strategist and storyteller with 4 to 7 years of experience building and growing content platforms through high‑retention video and editorial formats.
• You are deeply fluent in YouTube, understanding how the platform works, what drives watch time and subscriber growth and how to build content that keeps audiences coming back.
