A Crane Rigger Trainee is an inexperienced applicant who is responsible for learning and performing all tasks on a Crane. They will assist with inspections and configuring cables, ropes, pulleys, winches, and blocks according to weight and size of the load to be moved.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Align, level, and anchor machine
+ Attach loads to rigging support or prepare them for moving, using hand and power tools
+ Attach pulleys and blocks to fixed overhead structures such as beams, ceilings, booms, using bolts and clamps
+ Dismantle and store rigging equipment after use
