            Tower Crane Operator Qualifications Able to work at height 
Preferably 4-6 years of relevant working experience 
Possess Safety and Lifting Supervisors Certificate 
Possess Tower Crane Operator Certificate 
Luffing Certificate would be an added advantage 
Main Duties Lift, move, and place construction materials, equipment, and loads. 
Follow instructions from signalmen, riggers, or lifting supervisors. 
Conduct pre-operation checks on the crane and report defects. 
Monitor load weights and ensure they are within the crane’s safe working load. 
Maintain clear communication with the lifting team using radios or hand signals.
