About the Role

Providing compassionate care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times. Assisting residents with dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities. Encouraging independence while offering support where needed. Administering medication (after appropriate training). Supporting residents with social and recreational activities. Helping residents exercise their rights and make choices about their daily lives. Accompanying residents on trips, appointments, and outings.
