Job Description
Reporting into the Director, the Candidate/PRQS will handle the following:
- Preparation of cost plans and detailed estimates from architectural drawings.
- Compilation and management of overall project budgets.
- Strong understanding and application of JBCC contracts.
- Measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Cost and budget control throughout all project phases.
- Measuring, assessing, and negotiating final accounts with principal contractors and subcontractors.
- Contract administration and overall cost management.
- Experience on commercial, mixed-use, and public sector projects.
