Court Registry Officer – Christchurch, 8 Month Fixed Term
As a Court Registry Officer, you are an important cog in the justice machine. You will work with a team responsible for the successful operation of the Court and liaise with multiple stakeholders, including members of the judiciary, lawyers, and the public.
Responsibilities
- Case management – ensuring files are accurate and up to date, including data entry and sound decision‑making.
- Court taking – running court sessions (in English and Te Reo Māori), working closely with the judiciary in the courtroom, chambers and general court administration.
- Customer service – interacting with customers on any court‑related matter through face‑to‑face, phone or email.
