Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and carry out daily RCL card distribution across assigned territories within the Philippines.
• Ensure the timely and high-security delivery of credit cards directly to the customer’s registered address.
• Manage daily delivery schedules to prioritize high-value or urgent card requests efficiently.
• Handle physical card inventory and update the manual tracking system to ensure 100% accountability.
• Follow proper Return-to-Vault procedures for all undelivered, refused, or returned cards.
• Immediately document and report any security breaches, lost cards, or suspicious field activities.
• Educate customers on the manual card activation steps and essential security features.
• Manage customer concerns on-site and elevate complex issues to the Supervisor immediately.
• Maintain precise records of all delivery attempts, successful handovers, and physical returns.
