MAIN TASKS
Grow project business through direct specifications with owners or designers and working closely with dealers
Active Management of CRM Project Pipeline to ensure maximum market coverage, specifications and win-rate
Develop strategic relationship with Key Developer Accounts to ensure high specifications rate and bulk purchases
Provide dealers with good solutions and technical support in order to secure projects
Form alliance with WC partners to tap into their network and develop competitive packages
Updated knowledge on general market trends, prices and competitor activities
New Product Launch – Promote new products and upsell existing product
New Market Segment – Research on clients’ requirement and competitors’ products and prices (hospital, commercial)
Diligently visit dealers/developers/architects/designers regularly to maintain good relationship and find new sales opportunities
