Country Road - Visual Merchandiser - Albany - NZ

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager and working closely with the retail store team, this position is responsible for the execution of Visual Merchandise in line with brand standards and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan all floor moves in conjunction with relevant store/department manager to maximise sale opportunities as well as maintaining brand standards
• Ensure that the commercial and visual needs of the business are balanced when implementing merchandising or displays
• Provide support to store teams to by assisting in their training and development needs in relation to visual merchandising.
• Build relationships with key personnel in DJ’s and provide training on VM and Country Road standards where appropriate.
