In very close partnership with the Country Lead, the role of Country HR is: to ensure a one country approach. Between his/her duties are to design, implement and coordinate local processes and policies according to global Grundfos guidelines as well as to ensure adherence to local law and regulations. To drive and support the Grundfos One Culture approach in the country by providing support and advice on a broad range of HR; they act as guides for the local organization into the HR system by pointing the organization in the right direction for getting their questions answered and ensure a good employee experience.
