Country Finance Head (Philippines)

Responsibilities

• Treasury Management : Oversee company cash flow, manage bank accounts and fund transfers, prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash reports, and ensure liquidity safety.
• Accounting & Audit : Manage full-cycle accounting and prepare financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and tax requirements; liaise with external auditors and complete financial audit reports.
• Tax Management : Interpret local tax policies and provide tax guidance for business activities; prepare tax computations and returns, complete tax filings, and liaise with local tax authorities.
• Financial Compliance : Liaise with the SEC, submit financial statements, and ensure full compliance of all financial activities.
