Job Title: Admission Counselor / Senior Admission Counselor (Telecounseling)

Work Mode: On-site Shift: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Job Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally
Conduct cold calling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, enrollments) Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, telecalling, or education sales
