Do you want to make a difference to the lives of young women who’ve experienced CSA, exploitation and other forms of sexual violence? As a counsellor for SAY Women, you will work within a trauma‑informed and feminist framework, helping the young women in our service develop the skills needed to cope with what has happened to them, and to build an independent life and a positive future.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling and support to young women who have experienced sexual violence.
• Help them develop coping skills and strategies to manage trauma.
• Assist young women in setting goals for an independent life and a positive future.
