The role
A great opportunity exists for a Counsel to join our Sydney Corporate Real Estate practice on a 14-month fixed term contract. The role involves providing legal advice and support on a range of real estate transactions and matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on legal aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, platform transactions and general property adviceDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate contractsLiaise with clients, counterparties, and external counsel as requiredSupervise and manage team of graduate, associate and senior associate level real estate specialistsQualifications
