    Our client is a top international law firm with offices in Manchester. Due to expansion they are looking for a Costs Draftsperson to join their great team.

    Job Description

    As a Costs Draftsperson/Lawyer your duties will include:

  • Assessing and negotiating settlement of fast track, intermediate track and multi-track costs, including handling of related costs proceedings.
  • Drafting own party and opposing third party cost budgets.
  • Pursuing costs recoveries including bill drafting.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Costs Draftsperson/Lawyer should ideally have at least 2 years experience in costs matters and must have experience of drafting points of dispute.
