As a Costing & Warranty Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Warranty Department by ensuring accurate invoicing for internal and warranty repairs, in compliance with company KPIs, corporate governance, and BMW Asia guidelines. Check and ensure that all repair orders (all charge types) are timely closed (within 7 days of end control).
Process all warranty claims and check for accuracy before send for validation.
Follow up Repair Order (RO) and ensure that both CSAs and Workshop foremen submit all RO on time. Perform sorting and matching of ROs.
Communicate with Senior Execs directly to understand their Service team needs in order to collate monthly feedback for their sharing/alignment.
Follow up warranty enquiries by CSAs and workshop personnel via email or in-person query.
