Key Responsibilities - Lead product costing and inventory valuation, including standard costing and variance analysis (material, labor, overhead)
- Partner with operations to analyze cost drivers, production efficiency, and margin improvement
- Perform monthly closing activities related to costing and manufacturing finance
- Prepare and review management reports, P&L, and cost performance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
