Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Costing Engineer with strong expertise in Interiors for corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate will lead cost estimation, quantity surveying, vendor management, and client coordination for end-to-end project delivery. This role demands the ability to balance cost control with quality, ensuring that projects are commercially sound, competitively priced, and executed with financial discipline.

1. BOQ & Cost Estimation

• Prepare accurate BOQs covering civil, interior, and MEP works (coordination with consultant) based on GFC drawings, concept designs, and site scope.
