Role Overview

We are hiring a QS Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end procurement strategy for large-scale data centre / mission-critical projects. This role will focus on commercial procurement, tender management, and contract award across high-value CSA and MEP packages.

You will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective sourcing, contract compliance, and timely procurement delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy, sourcing plans, and package structuring
• Manage trade packaging across:
  • CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural)
  • MEP (HVAC, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection)
• Align procurement timelines with project programme and delivery milestones
• Drive value engineering, cost optimisation, and market benchmarking
