Overview We are seeking an experienced and client‑focused Pre‑Contract Cost Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality pre‑contract cost management services across a diverse portfolio of large‑scale developments, including residential, hospitality, retail, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities - Lead the preparation and management of cost plans from feasibility through detailed design stages for large‑scale projects.
- Develop accurate cost estimates, budgets and financial forecasts at all stages of the design process.
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimisation exercises to identify efficient and cost‑effective design solutions.
- Undertake cost benchmarking and market analysis to assess project competitiveness and identify key cost drivers.
- Prepare and maintain project cash flow forecasts aligned with project programmes and procurement strategies.
