Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food, beverage, retail, and operational costs
• Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
• Review purchasing transactions and supplier pricing
• Monitor wastage, shrinkage, and stock movement trends
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Store Management teams
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of Cost Control experience within F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, food cost analysis, and stock control procedures
