Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain detailed cost breakdowns of project budgets following company protocols and standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed breakdowns of actual versus budgeted costs.
Prepare cost forecasts
Prepare reports, documentation and presentations according to company standards and protocols.
Support the Project Manager and Accounting area when required.
Coordinate departments and support them when necessary.
Collect information from different internal stakeholders.
Identify risks and opportunities and ways to overcome or enhance them respectively.

Also, will support our Planning area:

Develop timelines and update monthly project schedules and progress for each project.
Prepare project alert procedures to meet project milestones and cost.
Organise and hold regular planning meetings to discuss the status of each job and highlight delays or cost overruns.
