Overview


As Cost Analyst, you will support of high-volume construction projects and be responsible for processing invoices across a range of small construction projects. You’ll provide insights into project costs and help identify and proactively provide solutions to project issues. This role will require you to manage the maintenance of various budgeting, change order, cost tracking/analysis, and invoicing processes.



Location

You will work from our enterprise headquarters in Detroit, MI.


Responsibilities


+ Invoicing: Responsible for full-cycle project billing processing including invoicing the customer, and collecting, verifying and approving subcontractor and vendor invoices.

+ Collaboration: Work with Project Managers and Superintendents to verify compliance with contracts and subcontractor budgets .
