Corrugated Packaging Internal Sales – NW

This long established, privately owned corrugated packaging manufacturer seeks to expand its internal sales team. Ideally, you will have experience in the corrugated packaging sector and will be responsible for quotations, order processing, invoicing and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing customers
• Provide general customer support for inquiries and orders
• Ensure responses are consistent, prompt and accurate
• Raise customer orders promptly and accurately following procedure
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
