Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (#1041) - London
Dorsey & Whitney (Europe) LLP is seeking an associate with one to three years of post-qualification experience to join the Mergers & Acquisitions group in our London office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, strategic partnerships, cross-border transactions, auctions, takeovers, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures and private equity and venture capital investments.

The following qualifications are required:
- One to three years of post-qualification experience in mergers & acquisitions
- Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales; or ability to practice in England and Wales without the need for sponsorship
- Excellent drafting and project management skills
- Strong academic performance
