Corporate Tech and Venture Capital Barrister (Equity Stock Salary)

BCEJ is developing solar, wind, biodegradation, drone and mobile banking technologies. We urgently need a Corporate Tech and Venture Capital Barrister to support these projects, secure venture capital, manage IP, negotiate deals and ensure compliance with UK law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for corporate, venture capital, and IP matters related to the company's technology initiatives.
• Secure venture capital funding, draft and negotiate investment agreements, advising on deal structures.
• Apply for patents, trademarks and copyright protection for concepts, prototypes and finished products.
• Advise on and manage mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions worldwide.
• Conduct due diligence, prepare and manage data rooms, and support regulatory compliance.
