This role assists with all aspects of the tax function for a growing publicly traded organization that is slowly growing internationally.
Assist with coordination and review of federal and state income tax compliance, including collecting and providing data for 3rd party tax preparers.
Assist with quarter-end and annual tax provision for audit firm review, including percentage depletion calculation and prep of tax account roll forwards.
Prepare various transaction tax returns for monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
Coordinate with and support other personnel throughout all businesses to respond to inquiries and requests for information.
Research, interpret, and follow state, local, and federal tax laws and regulations.
