Job Summary: The Corporate Solutions Retail Head supports the Cash Solutions Head in driving sales strategies, mentoring the team, and coordinating with internal units to grow business volumes and improve service delivery, while contributing to product development and market alignment.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist the Cash Solutions Head in developing marketing/sales strategies pertinent to the relationship group partner to generate incremental business volumes and ensure profitability
• Cascade divisional goals strategies and action plans to the team members and ensure that these are carried out.
• Focus on niche selling to corporations: multinational companies, madcap companies and vertical segments.
