Job Requirements

• 3-5 years experience working in a corporate department


• Demonstrable experience across all aspects of corporate law, particularly M&A transactions and corporate restructures and demergers.


• Strong attention to detail with well‑developed analytical skills


• Strong technical, drafting and negotiations skills


• Good client care skills


• Experience in supervising junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals
