We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Corporate Transactions team within their Belfast office.

The Role

The successful candidate will join market-leading Corporate practice, assisting in a range of corporate and commercial matters, often across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include conducting large-scale due diligence projects, drafting due diligence reports, and drafting corporate and commercial documentation. The candidate will also support clients in corporate transactions, deal execution, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and corporate governance.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
