Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for corporate roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing — you are the recruiting rockstar who makes it happen.
• Partner with hiring managers to decode role requirements and craft sourcing strategies that actually work.
• Hunt for top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews , then facilitate debrief sessions to help hiring teams see the value of candidates.
• Champion the candidate experience from day one through offer.
