Overview

A highly regarded medium sized practice is keen to hire an experienced solicitor. This forms part of a medium‑term succession plan, and therefore the level of PQE is flexible, but likely to be at least 8 years PQE. It is feasible to join the firm as a Partner (equity, salaried level) or possibly as Senior Associate, with a partnership route forming part of the agreed plan.

The firm manages client demands on both sides of the border and while you do not need to be dual qualified, you will ultimately get access to a range of clients across multiple industries. You will join an established team to manage mainstream M&A transactions, restructures, joint ventures etc.

Responsibilities
