Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is currently looking to fill a permanent full‑time position for a Corporate Paralegal in our Business Law Services Department. Reporting to the Team Lead, Business Law Services and the Manager, Legal Administration, this position will work in collaboration with the Business Law Services Team in preparation of corporate documents for on‑going corporate governance purposes or in connection with corporate transactions. The selected candidate must be a self‑starter with desire to handle increasing amounts of responsibility and must enjoy teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. This is a billable position and must be able to accurately record and bill time.
