Design training modules, including training module development (arrangement, editing, beautification, etc.).
Deliver and arrange corporate learning modules for existing properties; facilitate properties’ learning sessions delivered by subject matter experts, also deliver & facilitate corporate training.
Monitor all learning matters such as annual learning plans & learning catalogs; also maintain the end-to-end process of all learning sessions and activities.
Review, analyze, and coordinate the submission of properties’ monthly learning reports.
Analyze the learning evaluations and prepare the action plans.
Share the responsibility to prepare, conduct, and deliver the company’s employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Education, and other relevant majors.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field...
