• Coordinate/liaise with law enforcement agencies;
• Appear in the prosecutor’s office and Philippines courts (MTC, RTC);
• Give legal opinions;
• Prepare and review contracts;
• Monitor cases of the Legal department;
• Perform other legal task that may be required or necessitated by the circumstance or as instructed by the Management and the Immediate Head;
• Assist legally all Refilling Plants or Subsidiary of Republic Gas Corporation.
