The Corporate Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the management and corporate team. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day handling of corporate documents, scheduling, coordination, and office processes.
Assist in the preparation of corporate documents, letters, and reports
- Maintain and organize corporate files and records (hard copy and digital)
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments of management
- Handle basic communication with clients, government offices, and partners
- Assist in processing permits, registrations, and compliance requirements
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business, legal, or related course
- With at least 1 year of administrative or corporate office experience (preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
