Responsibilities

• Assistance and participation in most of the aspects of acquisitions, from early‑stage valuation assessment, initial Non‑Binding Offer phase through financial due diligence and SPA drafting.
• Gathering and synthesizing operating and financial information about companies and markets.
• Conducting relevant market research to assist with the origination of new M&A transactions.
• Searching for market data to analyze trends and help value companies and price transactions.
• Supporting the development of valuation models and analysis.
• Engagement in the preparation of presentations and memorandums.
• Supporting fundraising and investor relations processes.
• Analyzing internal data to help decision making and establish strategies for the different areas of the organization.
