Description
We are looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support for a high-priority restructuring initiative. This Contract position will focus on managing key transactional documents, coordinating governance actions across entities, and supporting diligence activities tied to the broader transaction. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in corporate transactions and governance, along with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and financing parties.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare and refine a broad range of documents required to complete a complex restructuring, including principal agreements and supporting closing materials.

• Coordinate the legal components of transaction execution by organizing consents, certifications, releases, reaffirmation documents, and other ancillary items.
