The Corporate Counsel will be a key member of the Northern Light Health Legal Department. The successful candidate must be able to work with a sense of urgency, work well under pressure, and be able to juggle multiple priorities, all while paying close attention to detail.
Must have demonstrated substantive legal experience, including primary and independent responsibility for significant legal matters. Comprehensive understanding of and experience in the health care field as well as knowledge and experience working with health care related statutes and regulations preferred.Employment law/HR knowledge preferred. Corporate and/or transactional experience will be considered.
