Corporate Strategy, Planning and Financing Group will provide support to corporate planning and strategy, regular presentations to Board of Director and other important stakeholders, and special financing projects:
Project Financing
Negotiate terms and conditions for project financing suitable for the requirements of the Project Companies and in accordance with the policy-guidance from the President. Recommend project financing terms and conditions for approval of the President. Coordinate with other business units to provide timely and complete information and documents required by potential lenders; Manage the credit due diligence, documentation and approval process.
