The Community Stroke Rehabilitation (CSR) Team and the Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation team are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join their teams. CSR provides stroke specialist rehabilitation in the clients own homes with a focus on community reintegration and promotion of self‑management. You will be a key member of an interdisciplinary team using your expertise in assessment and clinical interventions to deliver rehabilitation including an early supported discharge model of care.
