About the role
The PMSP Coordinator will provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure programme activities are well organized, on track and effectively delivered. This role supports internal teams and external partners, covering logistics, planning, reporting and communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme activities, meetings and events, including travel and logistics.
- Support governance processes by preparing agendas, papers and recording key actions.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation and information systems.
- Track budgets and support financial reporting.
- Monitor programme progress, risks and key milestones.
- Support communication and coordination across internal teams and external partners, including Pacific stakeholders.
- Continuously improve systems and processes to support efficient programme delivery.
