About the role

You will provide vital coordination, administrative, and systems support to the Learning and Capability team, supporting the delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Civil Aviation Authority.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and external providers, you will play a key role in the smooth coordination of training programmes and associated logistics, contributing to a high-quality learner experience.

You will maintain accurate learning records, support reporting requirements, and assist with the continuous improvement of learning systems and processes, ensuring learning activities are effectively communicated and well-coordinated in alignment with organisational priorities.
