Responsibilities - Handle complete manpower supply operations from A to Z.
- Coordinate independently with management, clients, employees, and site operations.
- Manage manpower deployment and workforce allocation.
- Coordinate with management, site supervisors, clients, and workers.
- Attend to attendance management, timesheets, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate recruitment and employee documentation.
- Handle labor accommodation, transportation, and site coordination.
- Operate under urgent and pressured requirements.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts.
- Problem‑solve and make decisions effectively.
- Maintain strong client communication skills.
