Position Summary

The Coordinator, Nursing Administration (RN) provides dedicated administrative, operational, and documentation support exclusively to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This role plays a key part in organizing nursing operations, supporting regulatory and accreditation readiness, tracking quality initiatives, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation.

The Coordinator works closely with the CNO and nursing leadership to ensure compliance, accuracy, and follow‑through across nursing operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • 3–5 years of related experience
  • BLS/First Aid certification
  • Handle With Care certification
  • Verbal De‑escalation training
