Job Responsibilities:
Performs other duties as assignedPrepares foods for patient trayline and cafeteria in accordance with production sheets and standardized recipes to ensure foods meet established quality and quantity standards.Maintains the cooking area in a neat, orderly, and sanitary manner.Documents on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) temperature log sheets in accordance with departmental policy.Offers suggestions to enhance systems, processeswork methods, and recipe development for production.Minimum Qualifications:
