Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards

Assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

Support senior chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the assigned kitchen section

Check food quality, freshness, and portion control before service

Assist with miseenplace and proper storage of ingredients

Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times

Minimise food wastage through proper handling and storage practices

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
