Review scheduled formulas in the kitchen area for all Main Plant production lines.
Distribute copies of the production schedule to the vegetable room team.
Verify ingredients and quantities delivered from the warehouse to the vegetable room based on the daily picking list generated from the BC system.
Ensure all required ingredients for formulas are available for pre-staging.
Confirm ingredient lot numbers by comparing physical lot labels with system records. Immediately report discrepancies to the warehouse team for correction.
Prepare pre-batches according to the recipe and production schedule. Assuring correct lots & ingredients are correctly distributed on physical batches/containers created in system for traceability.
Notify Quality Control (QC) to inspect batches before start-up and throughout the daily production process.
